Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges and Returns

There are no exchanges or returns on engraved products and custom designs.

When a product is returned to us, the customer will bear the shipping and handling costs until it reaches us. The store will not be responsible for any delay, delay in delivery, or non-delivery caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.

*If a defective product arrives, you can cancel the transaction, send us the product, and receive a full refund of the amount paid, or exchange the product.

If you change your mind about the purchase even though the items you bought arrived in good condition, you are entitled to exchange them for another product at no additional cost. As soon as we receive the old product, the new one will be sent to you within 3 business days (if it is not a custom-designed product - in such a case, it will be sent within 14 business days).

One exchange will be provided at our expense (shipping for the new product after you send the old one). After that, you will be charged additional shipping fees. After one exchange, a refund will no longer be available.

Cancellation of a Transaction

A customer is entitled to cancel an order in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law"). The order cancellation will be made from the day of the order until fourteen days from the day of receiving the product or from the day of receiving the document containing the details mentioned in section 14C(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later.

You can cancel the transaction made on the website within one hour from the time of the order.

You can receive a refund or exchange any item purchased on the website within 14 days from the day it arrives to you.

If a transaction cancellation is requested, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.

If you change your mind about the purchase even though the items you bought arrived in good condition, you are entitled to a full refund of the product's value (non-custom products).

The refund for an item purchased on the website will be processed within 7 business days from its return and arrival to us.

The refund will only be issued to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal account) and in the manner it was paid. If the transaction was made in installments, the credit card refund will also be made according to the number of installments. Direct cards (Debit) cannot be refunded, and therefore direct cardholders are entitled to receive the money in cash (bank transfer).

The Consumer Protection Law regarding remote sales allows the consumer to cancel the transaction under certain conditions. Order cancellation by the customer is subject to the customer returning the product in its original packaging, intact, without damage, defect, or malfunction of any kind. Products cannot be returned after use.
