Terms of Warranty and Service:
We’re here to ensure you feel confident about your purchase.

1. The warranty on your jewelry is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty covers changes in the jewelry’s color only.
3. The warranty does not cover damages such as breaks or tears.
4. If your jewelry requires repairs that are not covered by the warranty, we’ll be happy to offer a repair service for a nominal fee, based on the nature of the issue.
5. Should you need a repair, please let us know, and we’ll guide you through the process.
6. The cost and responsibility for shipping the item for repair are borne by the customer.
7. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

Return Conditions:
The product must be in new, unused condition, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item?
To begin the return process, contact us at chenbazrijewelry.com. Returns will be sent to the address provided upon your inquiry.

Once your return is accepted, we will notify you of the return approval.
Please note: Items sent to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products, such as engraved items or personalized designs, cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the product you currently have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The first exchange will be at no charge (including the cost of shipping the new item once the old one is returned). After that, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
After one exchange, no further refunds will be available.

Cooling-Off Period of 14 Days for the European Union
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation.
Returns will be subject to the same conditions mentioned above: the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and if more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the product. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to chenbazrijewelry.com.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the order total will apply.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used for the purchase. If the purchase was made in installments, the refund will be processed according to the number of installments. Direct debit cards (Debits) cannot be refunded, so those with direct debit cards will be refunded in cash (bank transfer).

Additional Terms:
According to the Consumer Protection Law, if you wish to cancel the transaction, you must return the item in its original packaging, complete, and without damage or defect.
Returns or exchanges will not be allowed if the item has been used.
